With 40+ years of experience as a chef, Yvan Heraud has won multiple honors for his work. After attending culinary school in France, he worked more than ten years at Michelin star restaurants in the South of France. Chef Heraud made his way to the United States in 2017 and opened Trend Kitchen, a fine dining restaurant in central Florida, where he won the Golden Spoons award from Florida Trends magazine two years in a row. As the chef and owner of La Française Bistrot, Heraud brings traditional and refined French cuisine to Breckenridge, inspired by the Rocky Mountain lifestyle and fresh, simple, local ingredients.
